Ethiopia Resuscitation Training (ERT) is a medical training center based in Addis Ababa, providing American Heart Association (AHA) courses in Ethiopia and beyond. Described as the country’s first and only official AHA Training Center, ERT offers internationally recognized instruction grounded in current resuscitation science and guidelines. Its courses include AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), as well as Heartsaver First Aid and Heartsaver CPR with AED training.

ERT also provides community and workplace CPR classes, bedside interventional ultrasound training, and instructor classes. Learners train with high-fidelity manikins and equipment, supported by experienced instructors, including American- and European-trained doctors. Courses are available in English and Amharic, with options designed for different knowledge levels and online learning.

The center also operates the Africa CPR Store, where customers can purchase automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for workplaces. ERT serves individuals and organizations seeking practical medical education, emergency preparedness, and professional certification
