Train for Change Inc. is an international training, consulting, and program evaluation company established in 2012. It helps behavioral health and addiction treatment professionals turn evidence-based knowledge into practical skills that can be applied in real-world settings. Its customized training and consultation are designed to address implementation barriers, strengthen practice, and support improved clinical outcomes.

The company’s offerings include training on the ASAM Criteria, motivational interviewing, medications in treatment, harm reduction, and other evidence-based practices. It also provides instruction in Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), and Interactive Journaling®, along with ASAM level-of-care certification and implementation support.
