Higher Training Basketball Academy is a basketball development organization based in Burlington, Canada, led by Coach D, its director of skills training. The academy provides small- to medium-sized classes focused on building basketball skills, confidence, knowledge of the game, and player accountability. Its coaching approach emphasizes repetition, age-appropriate instruction, and helping athletes feel supported as they learn.

Programs serve beginners through adults. Younger players can develop fundamental skills through introductory classes, while intermediate athletes work on advanced pivoting, passing, and shooting in preparation for rep basketball. High school programs offer challenging drills, high-volume practice, decision-making, and competitive play, with a welcoming program specifically for girls. Adult coaching is tailored to individual and group goals, with strategies to improve strengths and address areas for development.

The academy also offers personal and group training, basketball clinics, camps, and consulting services. Its curriculum is designed to help coaches and parents teach skills at each athlete’s level, while encouraging personal growth and positive community impact.
