Training Ground is a Christian organization that guides young men ages 18–25 through real-life, experiential discipleship. For more than 20 years, it has invited participants from diverse backgrounds into opportunities for deep, lasting transformation. Its summer program brings a small group together for an immersive experience shaped by shared responsibility, challenge, and brotherhood.
Participants live, work, train, and worship together, stepping beyond familiar routines to develop their faith, character, and sense of purpose. Training Ground describes the program as training rather than a camp, emphasizing active participation and growth through everyday life and demanding experiences. Prospective participants can learn about the organization, connect with its team, submit an interest form, or apply to join the summer program.
The organization also shares information about its mission, history, leadership, finances, and impact, alongside alumni stories, endorsements, video teaching, and parent FAQs. Training Ground operates in Colorado, Tennessee, and Virginia, and offers scholarships and ways to support its work
