Training Division is a Bulgarian company specialized in providing training for skills development and teambuilding programs. What sets us apart from others? We offer fully practical online modules where participants practice specific behaviors to build key skills in their work. Our main tools are role-playing, discussions, working on business cases, and creating individual development plans.

We create the same depth and experience as a standard in-person training but at a much lower cost and without distance limitations. We provide long-term training solutions, breaking a standard 8-hour training day into four focused sessions of 2 hours each. After each session, participants receive homework assignments, usually behavioral exercises to practice in their real work environment, whether it's in communication with clients or colleagues.

This way, participants develop new habits. Our mission is to build key competencies through long-term behavioral change. During our training, we address real-life business problems and engage participants to use new approaches and ways of thinking and behaving to solve daily work situations.

With interaction and engagement, we find concrete solutions to real situations, create individual development plans for each participant, and deliver knowledge outside the conventional boundaries of training sessions. Our focus is on building working skills to make you more effective in your work
