Träme Architectes

Träme Architectes is an architecture practice based in Nantes, France, led by architect Catie Tijou, who is registered with the Order of Architects of the Pays de la Loire. The agency works across the Nantes and Angers areas and the coast, supporting clients with residential projects throughout the region. Its services include new-build homes, extensions, restructuring, renovation and energy-efficient renovation, as well as interior architecture and furniture design.

Träme takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach, shaping each project around clients’ current and future ways of living. The design process balances creative ideas with practical considerations, including budget, construction requirements and regulations. Through dialogue, the agency helps clients clarify their priorities and develop a distinctive, enduring design. It also works with construction companies committed to project quality and adaptable collaboration, helping maintain communication during building work.

Clients can enquire about preliminary studies, an initial consultation and advice, or a full project assignment. Träme emphasizes a whole-building perspective and considers how homes can continue to adapt as residents’ needs change.
