Transalpine Run

The Dynafit Transalpine Run is a legendary trail running event set against the stunning backdrop of the Alps, taking place from September 7–13, 2024. Participants can compete solo or in teams of two, traversing a challenging course that spans 271 kilometers with an elevation gain of approximately 17,000 meters. This multi-stage race begins in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of Germany’s highest peak, the Zugspitze, and culminates at the Reschensee in South Tyrol.

As one of the most demanding events in its history, the 2024 Transalpine Run offers 200 entries for the team competition and an exciting newly introduced solo category, alongside 150 slots for the RUN2 event. The race not only tests endurance but also provides an exhilarating opportunity for runners to experience breathtaking alpine scenery. With Garmin joining as a presenting partner, participants can rely on cutting-edge technology to track their performance.
