Transform Martial Arts

Transform Martial Arts is a martial arts school in Waterloo, New York, serving the Finger Lakes community since 2013. Its mission is to help students build happier, healthier lives through high-quality training in a positive, safe environment. The school teaches authentic Okinawan karate, realistic self-defense, and practical life skills, with an emphasis on respect, confidence, focus, coordination, balance, and personal safety.

Programs are available for children and adults, with age-specific classes for Lil Ninjas (ages 3–5), Warriors (5.5–8), Juniors (9–12), and teens and adults (13 and up). The school highlights professional instruction, individual attention, clean facilities, flexible scheduling, and ranks earned through progress rather than handed out. Classes combine serious training and education with an enjoyable experience for young students.

New students can enroll in a four-week starter course that includes a private introductory class, group classes, and a uniform; the first class is free. Transform Martial Arts welcomes families seeking structured karate instruction and skills that students can apply beyond the dojo.
