Sunset Taxi Operations is the city of Sunset’s taxi organization, bringing together active drivers to transport passengers, record their service, and progress through an established rank system. The organization presents taxi driving as a structured, team-based activity connected to everyday life in the city. Its services include driver recruitment, operational guidance, member support, and recognition of performance.

Applicants submit a membership form through their San account; management reviews applications, and successful candidates receive an introduction to the rules, TeamSpeak, and work procedures before joining the fleet. Members can contact management through an official ticket system and consult the driving regulations and membership guidance. The site also features a weekly leaderboard based on recorded activity, a live roster of on-duty drivers, operational information about active staff, and a gallery of member-submitted images approved by management.

Membership requirements include reaching level two and maintaining at least two hours of activity per day. A driving license is not required, while account-sharing rules may limit rank progression
