TransTech Social is a pioneering co-learning and co-working community that aims to uplift, educate, and employ the LGBTQ+ community through accessible education programs, inclusive events, and equitable employment opportunities. Our mission is to empower our community to thrive economically during life transitions by aligning our partnerships and programming with their career goals, with a specific focus on transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. By prioritizing the most marginalized members of our community, we strive to overcome barriers in education and the workplace while working towards reducing instances of discrimination for all.

Our vision is to create a sustainable, affirming, and expansive tech industry by collaborating with passionate leaders, engaged community members, and diverse corporate partners. TransTech Social was founded in 2014 by media star and trailblazer Angelica Ross, who used technology as a catalyst for change in her own life. Through job training, leadership development, and workplace skills, TransTech Social empowers trans and non-conforming individuals.
