Travail. Suisse is the independent umbrella organization for employees in Switzerland, serving as their advocacy group and the second-largest organization of its kind in the country. Comprised of ten member associations representing 150,000 individuals from various industries in the private and public sectors, Travail.

Suisse actively represents the interests of its members in both politics and the economy. They aim to create a favorable framework that ensures good working conditions, solid education and training opportunities, and reliable social security for employees. Founded on January 1, 2003, Travail.

Suisse has inherited members from the former Christian National Trade Union Federation of Switzerland (CNG) and the Swiss Association of Salaried Employees (VSA). Additionally, Travail. Suisse engages in early intervention on relevant issues, shaping them with position statements throughout the political process, and actively participating in parliamentary committees and consultation procedures.

Through consistent public outreach, the organization also possesses the ability to launch initiatives and referenda, making their impact undeniable in the legislative process. Travail. Suisse values its close relationships with government bodies, parliament, authorities, and other business associations.

Operating independently and without political affiliation, Travail. Suisse is committed to the principles of social partnership, which they consider crucial for the stability of the country. Since 2015, Adrian Wüthrich has been the president of Travail.
