Travel Kind Connect is an initiative that encourages people to make a positive difference while they travel. Guided by the idea “Travel, be Kind and Connect,” it brings learning, kindness and meaningful connection together, with a focus on people, communities and the planet. Its approach is based on micro-volunteering: travellers can contribute in small, practical ways during a holiday or other journey, without committing to a large project.

Travel Kind Connect invites people to donate a little of their time, share a skill or give useful items they no longer need. Contributions might involve spending a few hours or days helping out, teaching something they know, or passing on belongings that could benefit someone else. The initiative aims to help travellers learn about themselves, other people and the environment, while encouraging care for the places they visit. Through its project listings, Travel Kind Connect helps visitors find opportunities to take part, support local communities and empower themselves and others.
