Travelling

Zurich offers online travel insurance designed to provide protection during holidays and other trips within Indonesia or abroad. Through its Zurich Syariah travel insurance offering, customers can select a destination, travel dates, trip duration, and package suited to their plans. Coverage options are organized by destination, including domestic travel, Asia, Europe (including the Schengen region), and worldwide travel; an Asia option also includes Hajj and Umrah destinations.

The site lists a range of packages, such as Asia, Europe, and worldwide plans, alongside domestic options including Joy, Roadtrip, and Boost. Packages are available in Lite, Edge, and Prime versions for several regions, and the purchase flow lets travelers provide trip details and the number of people to be insured. Choices include single round trips, one-way journeys, and annual travel periods, subject to the terms shown for each option. Zurich also provides customer support resources, including frequently asked questions, buying guidance, claims instructions, and contact information. Its online service helps travelers compare available choices and arrange travel protection around their itinerary.
