About Trazza Lebanese Food
Trazza Foods is a brand that specializes in offering authentic and traditional Lebanese food products. Founded by Claude Karam, a former commercial airline pilot, Trazza Foods aims to provide nutritious and delicious Lebanese cuisine that is readily available to the local shopper. Claude was inspired to start Trazza Foods after realizing that store-bought brands did not capture the true flavors of authentic Lebanese food that he had grown to love.
In addition, he wanted to create natural food products without preservatives. Starting with a small team in their home kitchen, Claude and his family experimented with recipes and eventually expanded their product line to include items such as falafel, tabbouleh, hummus, sauces, wraps, and more. As demand grew, Trazza Foods moved its production to a state-of-the-art facility in Tualatin, Oregon.
Today, Trazza Foods serves over 100 stores and businesses in Portland, Vancouver, and Salem. With a commitment to quality ingredients and a passion for Lebanese food, Trazza Foods looks forward to a bright future of satisfying the needs of their customers and sharing the taste of Lebanon with retailers and local businesses
