Treelands

Treelands Home Ltd is a family-run residential care provider in Devon, near Exeter, caring for older people since 1992. Set in five acres of countryside just outside Dartmoor National Park, the home offers a warm, comfortable environment with a relaxed, hotel-style atmosphere. Its two sites are the original Treelands Main Site, with 38 rooms, and the purpose-built Treelands Atrium, which opened in 2022 and has 20 en-suite bedrooms.

Treelands provides residential care, personalised support for people living with dementia, and short-term respite stays, subject to availability. It is not a nursing home or specialist dementia facility. Staff are available around the clock and focus on residents’ individual needs, routines, dignity and independence, working with families and healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Residents can enjoy home-cooked meals, communal lounges, gardens, activities and local outings. Facilities include Wi-Fi, hairdressing, a minivan, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and a 24-hour kitchen service. Additional services include laundry, chiropody, optician and dental services. The home’s activities programme features games, crafts, baking, singing and day trips.
