EquipmentShare is a nationwide construction technology and equipment solutions provider founded in 2015 and headquartered in Columbia, Missouri. The company combines equipment rentals, sales, services and data-driven technology to help contractors, builders and equipment owners improve productivity and manage jobsites. Its proprietary T3 platform connects tracking hardware with fleet management tools, giving customers insight into equipment location, utilization, fuel use, maintenance and service needs, as well as personnel and jobsite information.

EquipmentShare offers a broad rental fleet, including earthmoving machinery, aerial work platforms, forklifts, material-handling equipment, landscaping tools and compressed-air equipment. Customers can also buy new or used equipment, parts and tools, and access equipment service and technology support. Its solutions span construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, agriculture and other sectors, with specialized offerings such as climate control, power, fluid and event services.

Following its acquisition of assets and operations at six former Trekker Tractor locations in Florida, EquipmentShare expanded its regional presence and launched CASE Power & Equipment of Florida as an official CASE Construction Equipment sales and service channel.
