Trektoes

Trektoes is a Finnish coaching and outdoor activity brand focused on wellbeing, movement and experiences in nature. Its approach emphasizes that lasting wellbeing comes from sustainable, properly established habits rather than short-term projects. Trektoes offers personal coaching to help clients identify realistic goals and work towards them with professional guidance and experience. Coaching services include physical fitness, wellbeing and mobility coaching, as well as swimming instruction and training.

The brand also organizes outdoor activities and specialist experiences. These include open-water swimming groups, themed hiking trips, swimrun sessions, introductory courses and Super Sprint Cup events in the archipelago. For those seeking training away from home, Trektoes promotes swimrun and open-water swimming camps abroad, including trips to Spain and Croatia, with future camps offered in cooperation with Elämysmatkat. Swimming opportunities include an early-morning training group at the Vihti swimming hall. Trektoes combines coaching with outdoor recreation to support active lifestyles, skill development and enjoyment of nature. Its offerings suit people interested in swimming, trail running, hiking, swimrun and broader wellbeing.
