Tremap

Tremap is a tree-mapping and data platform designed to make tree information accessible to individuals, communities and professional organizations. Its global database and mobile app let users locate trees, add species details, photographs and stories, and explore mapped trees. Users can contribute data from a phone or desktop through Tremap’s app and web portal, which also offer features such as geofencing, team access and tree records.

For local authorities, councils and green-space professionals, Tremap offers GreenSpaces, management software for urban trees and green areas. It supports inventories, inspections, QTRA assessments and work planning in a live database. The platform also provides digital tree labelling, product traceability tools using QR codes, and sponsorship opportunities for mapping notable, rare and endangered species. Tree-planting projects can use its ground-truthing tools to document where trees were planted and how they are surviving. Tremap also connects creative work with trees through its Creative Connect offering. The company describes its tools as simple and budget-friendly, serving everyone from amateur tree enthusiasts to academics and professional teams.
