TREMENDAS is a powerful brand that aims to make a difference in the world. Founded in 2018 by Julieta Martínez, a 15-year-old activist, Tremendas noticed the lack of representation and participation of young girls and teenagers in important decision-making spaces. Determined to create change, Tremendas became a collective of 1,500 volunteers composed of girls, teenagers, and young women, spanning across 17 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond.

With 90,000 followers on digital platforms, Tremendas promotes collective leadership and a sense of community. Through their Academies and 10 Proposals, Tremendas empowers girls to become agents of change in their respective regions. Their initiatives focus on various topics, including climate change, education, and gender equality.
