Tretwerk is a cycling coaching and performance diagnostics provider based in Weinheim, serving athletes in the Bergstraße region. It supports riders across different ability levels who want to work toward personal sporting goals in mountain biking, road cycling, or cyclocross. Its coaching process begins with setting goals and assessing a rider’s current level, then uses an individual training plan that reflects those goals and available time. Progress is reviewed through performance testing, and plans are adjusted based on results.

Tretwerk offers two monthly coaching packages. Small Coaching costs €80 and includes an ongoing individual plan, one trainer contact per month, an online training portal, power-meter-based training control, and one plan adjustment per month. Large Coaching costs €110 and includes four trainer contacts per month, unlimited plan adjustments, and nutritional advice, alongside the other listed coaching features. The company also provides mobile performance diagnostics in the Bergstraße area to identify individual training zones and help riders train more effectively.
