Tri-Academy

Tri-Academy is a triathlon training and coaching organization based in Carqueiranne, in France’s Var region. It helps athletes of all levels prepare for sporting goals through personalized coaching, structured training, and training camps in Lanzarote and Mallorca. Camps, offered from February to May, combine sessions across swimming, cycling, and running, with groups organized by ability and guidance from qualified, experienced coaches. Video analysis and varied workouts support athletes’ progress in a welcoming training environment.

Through its Academy Lab, Tri-Academy offers tests and technical assessments designed to improve performance and efficiency. Services include swimfitting to assess swimming technique, bikefitting to optimize cycling position and pedaling, runfitting to analyze running form and help prevent injuries, and power-profile testing. Individual coaching and high-tech equipment also support training and strength development. The organization provides guidance on nutrition, effort, and recovery, helping athletes balance their preparation. Tri-Academy also operates a store offering cycling and triathlon equipment, with a showroom for customers to explore its products.
