About Carle
Carle Health, through its affiliation with the non-profit organization Trillium Place, is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services in central Illinois. Established in April 2019, Trillium Place combines the resources of UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health Services, the Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness to create an integrated community and hospital-based healthcare system. The organization offers a wide range of programs focused on addiction recovery and mental health, including adult and adolescent substance use treatment, medication-assisted programs, and specialized inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
