Trilogy Martial Arts is a family-owned academy in El Cajon, California, offering martial arts and practical self-defense training for children and adults. Founded in 2017, the academy welcomes beginners through advanced students in a friendly, supportive environment, with coaching focused on personal progress rather than ego or pressure.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the core program, with gi and no-gi classes for adults and age-appropriate instruction for children from around age five. Other offerings include Jeet Kune Do, featuring striking, weapons and self-defense; W.A.S.P. (Women’s Awareness Self Protection), a women-only practical defense program; and youth boxing for ages 7 to 14. The academy also offers training in wrestling and yoga, and students may cross-train across disciplines. Competition coaching is available for those who choose to compete.

Trilogy provides a free one-week trial with no payment card, contract or obligation. New students can start without a gi, and active military discounts are available. The academy is located at 13727 Camino Canada, Suite A4, with a private parking lot.
