Trinity Nursing Services

Trinity Nursing Services is an NDIS disability support provider serving participants in Victoria and Western Australia. The organisation offers person-centred, culturally sensitive care for people aged eight and above, including those with significant and permanent disabilities, complex needs, or mental health support requirements. Its approach emphasises choice, control and participant involvement, guided by the principle “nothing about me, without me.” Services are planned collaboratively with participants and, when needed, their guardians or significant others, to support individual needs and NDIS goals.

Trinity’s services include accommodation and tenancy support, respite care, community nursing and complex nursing, therapeutic supports, and assistance with personal activities, including high-intensity support. Participants can also access help with household tasks, travel and transport, community participation, group and centre activities, life skills development, and transitions between life stages. The organisation supports people with challenging behaviours and offers mental health counselling. Through home and group care, Trinity aims to promote safe, more autonomous living, build capacity, encourage social participation, and help participants work towards their personal goals.
