Trinity Repertory Company is a Tony Award-winning regional theater that offers a range of captivating shows and programs. Their apprentice program provides intensive professional training for artists and professionals aged 21 and above who are looking to launch a career in theater. As apprentices, individuals will work alongside the theater's staff in various departments, including artistic, administrative, and production-based roles, for approximately 35 weeks.

The program offers numerous benefits such as furnished housing with utilities, paid parking, a minimum of $300/week salary, complimentary tickets to all productions, monthly professional development, and an invitation to opening night performances and receptions. Additionally, apprentices have the opportunity to join Trinity Rep health insurance, enjoy staff discounts, and be a part of a strong community of staff and former interns/apprentices.
