TRIO is a locally owned, family-focused organization serving children and families in Oshkosh and across Wisconsin’s Fox Valley. Founded as Oshkosh’s first autism therapy center, it has grown from a therapy clinic into a community resource offering support through different stages of childhood. Its mission is to educate, empower, and support children and families through evidence-based therapy, compassionate teaching, and meaningful connection.

TRIO Academy provides individualized, play-based autism therapy, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to develop communication, social, and daily living skills. The organization also offers behavior consultations with practical guidance for parents, as well as group services where school-aged children can build social and daily living skills, independence, and confidence.

TRIO Young Scholars connects therapy and traditional education through small classes, sensory-friendly classrooms, and support from certified teachers. Explorers Childcare offers nurturing early education for children ages 2 to 4.5, with or without exceptional needs, using a mixed-age classroom focused on social learning, exploration, and school readiness. Across its programs, TRIO emphasizes individualized care and a warm, inclusive environment.
