TriTatry

TriTatry is a sports club founded in 2018 in the High Tatras–Poprad region, focused on triathlon, athletics and athlete development. Its coaching approach combines experience gained in elite-level competition with international education in triathlon, athletics and swimming, as well as current scientific knowledge. The club aims to tailor training to each athlete, considering children’s biological age and stage of development rather than relying only on calendar age.

For children, TriTatry offers versatile, enjoyable training that builds sound movement habits and a broad sporting foundation. Its programmes include children’s athletics for ages five to eight, a movement academy, and triathlon and athletics training. For young athletes, the club provides individualized performance coaching supported by regular testing and evidence-based methods. This approach can also help children develop skills useful for other sports. TriTatry additionally serves adults, from amateur participants to professional athletes, and lists individual training among its offerings. With its emphasis on personal development and well-rounded preparation, the club supports athletes at different ages and ability levels.
