Trivenator Vadászati Oktató és Mérnöki Szolgáltató Kft. prepares aspiring hunters for Hungary’s hunting examination through courses held at training locations across Komárom-Esztergom, Győr-Moson-Sopron and Pest counties, as well as in Budapest. The company says it has supported candidates for more than 20 years. Its 100-hour programme combines classroom teaching with practical sessions and is a prerequisite for applying to take the hunting examination. Theoretical classes are generally held twice a week on weekday evenings, with practical instruction at weekends.

Training covers hunting law and regulations, wildlife species and management, conservation, hunting culture and ethics, and safety and first aid. Participants also learn about hunting dogs, equipment, game diseases, harvested game and meat hygiene, ballistics, firearms and ammunition. Practical work includes safe firearm handling, shooting skills and group hunting methods.
