Trivium Life Services

Trivium Life Services is a community-focused organization that has supported people with disabilities, mental health challenges, and brain injuries for more than 50 years. Guided by the mission “Creating Hope. Empowering Lives. Inspiring Communities,” it provides person-centered services that recognize each individual’s strengths, goals, and potential. Its teams work alongside individuals, families, and communities to foster stability, independence, connection, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

In Iowa, Trivium offers long-term residential and support services for people with developmental or intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness, and brain injuries. These services help individuals pursue their goals at home, at work, and in their communities. In New England, its Averte program provides therapeutic residential mental health support for adults, combining trauma-informed care, daily living assistance, and a structured setting to help build stability and independence.

Trivium also provides community integration and employment services, including employment supports and job development. People can make referrals, seek information about services, volunteer, or support the organization through donations, legacy gifts, and item contributions.
