Trogirska kužina is a cultural and culinary project dedicated to the food heritage of Trogir and the surrounding Dalmatian coast. Its name evokes Trogir’s stone streets, the scent of the kitchen, and a way of life shaped by the sea, local ingredients, family traditions, and shared meals. Rather than simply collecting recipes, the project explores the stories, people, seasonal rhythms, and practical knowledge behind them, presenting tradition as a living heritage that can continue in contemporary kitchens.
