Trolling Time Charters

Trolling Time Charters offers guided fishing trips on Dale Hollow Lake, led by Captain Josh Williamson, whose connection to the lake and fishing spans generations. The company’s mission is to share the lake through memorable outings grounded in respect for the water and Southern hospitality. Charters depart from Willow Grove Marina aboard The Blue Jay, a 26-foot custom Hewescraft 260 equipped with an enclosed, heated pilothouse, fishing technology, and gear suited to the lake.

Guests can choose a four-hour half-day charter, an eight-hour full-day trip, or a five-hour night specialty outing focused on walleye and other nighttime species. Target fish include smallmouth and largemouth bass, crappie, walleye, catfish, trout, and musky. Trips accommodate up to six passengers, and bait, tackle, and fish cleaning are included; guests need a Tennessee fishing license. Trolling Time Charters also offers stay-and-fish packages with lodging at Lilly Ridge, including a loft apartment overlooking the lake. The packages combine a charter with a stay and offer 10% off lodging.
