Trondheim Sportsfiskere

Trondheim Sportsfiskere (TSF) is a sports fishing club based in Trondheim and a community for anglers across Trøndelag. Founded in 1986, the association welcomes people of all experience levels, with a particular focus on fly fishing. Members can take part as often as they like in a friendly environment for learning, sharing knowledge and enjoying the sport.

The club organizes regular fly-tying evenings during the winter and spring, along with casting courses for beginners and more experienced anglers. Courses may cover techniques such as water casting and overhead casting, and experienced instructors provide guidance. TSF also hosts talks featuring guests from across the fishing world, including anglers, guides, filmmakers and biologists, as well as organized fishing trips to local and national destinations.

Membership gives access to the club’s events, courses, talks and community, as well as discounts on fishing and fly-tying equipment through partner retailers. The club also shares event details through its social media and newsletter, and offers equipment for beginners to borrow at fly-tying sessions.
