Trooth witnesses; it does not attest or certify. Each record states that evidence was observed and signed at a point in time, and an open-source verifier lets any buyer confirm it independently. Frameworks witnessed include SOC 2, ISO 27001, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and HIPAA, continuously, rather than once a year.
