It was then transported to Lima for palletizing and container shipment to Europe from the port of Callao.

Recognizing the need for improved processes, TFT Perú SAC built a small facility in Marcavelica, Peru, to wash and pack the fruit. They implemented a manual washing and drying system on wooden trays before assembling pallets for shipment to the port of Paita, Peru, using refrigerated trucks.

The company primarily cultivates the Kent variety of mango, but they also grow Edward, Ataulfo, Haden, and Keitt varieties.

With an average of 90% of their fruit being shipped from the port of Paita in Piura, TFT Perú SAC accounts for 75% of Peruvian mango production. The remaining fruit is cultivated in Lambayeque (15%) and Ancash (10%), in the Casma valleys.
