True Holistic

True Holistic is the wellness practice of Kristen Tullar, a postpartum doula, certified integrative health and wellness coach, medicinal aromatherapist, and DONA International member based in Snowmass, Colorado. Kristen supports women and families through the early stages of newborn life and helps clients pursue their broader health and wellness goals. Her approach is individualized, holistic, and centered on meeting each person where they are.

Services include postpartum doula support, offering parents physical, emotional, and informational guidance as they adjust to life with a new baby. Health coaching helps clients explore their health and build sustainable behavior and lifestyle changes. Aromatherapy consultations and workshops introduce the use of essential oils and plant-based practices for spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing. True Holistic also offers wellness workshops, including activities focused on healthy food choices for children. Through these services, Kristen aims to equip clients with practical tools to support postpartum recovery, everyday wellbeing, and lasting habits. The practice also shares wellness updates, essential oil information, recipes, and workshop news through its newsletter.
