True Freedom Recovery Yoga is a nonprofit yoga studio and the yoga arm of A Policy of Caring, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. It offers accessible, donation-based classes for people at every stage of life, with a particular focus on recovery. Participants do not need to be in substance recovery or belong to a particular fellowship; the studio welcomes anyone seeking support through stress, injury, loss, burnout, or everyday challenges.

Classes combine yoga with mindfulness and are designed to provide trauma-informed tools for healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. Each class concludes with a recovery meeting, offering an inclusive space for connection and reflection. The studio describes its approach as complementary to existing recovery programs, supporting growth in body, mind, and spirit.

Visitors can attend individual classes with a recommended donation of $5 to $20, or choose a $55 monthly membership for unlimited classes. True Freedom Recovery Yoga also invites supporters to donate to its nonprofit mission, with gifts used to further its goals and potentially eligible for a tax deduction
