TrueNorth Health Center is an integrative health facility in Sonoma County, California, founded in 1984 by Drs. Alan Goldhamer and Jennifer Marano. It is described as the world’s largest center specializing in medically supervised water-only fasting. Its multidisciplinary team includes medical doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors, naturopaths, psychologists, research scientists, and other health professionals, offering evaluation and treatment for a wide range of health concerns.
