TrueSelfArt Studio is the creative practice of Jacqueline Mens, an artist and art therapist offering art experiences that encourage self-expression, reflection and personal growth. Based in the Netherlands, the studio provides drawing and painting courses and workshops at various locations, as well as online courses that participants can follow at home and at their own pace. Activities include intuitive and abstract painting, free drawing and painting, mixed-media techniques, mandala drawing, watercolor and creative journaling. Courses welcome beginners and more experienced artists, with an emphasis on experimentation and enjoyment rather than technical perfection; some sessions also allow for more figurative or precise work.

Alongside teaching and art-based guidance, Jacqueline creates colorful, often abstract artworks inspired by nature, life themes and inner experience. Selected original works are available to view or purchase through the online gallery, including pieces on canvas, salvaged wood and paper, as well as small works. Selected designs are also offered as art prints and products such as cushions, notebooks, bags and phone cases.
