About Truetick
TrueTick is a Minecraft server hosting service built around reliable performance and transparent, usage-based billing. Its servers use guaranteed CPU resources that are never oversold, helping protect game performance during busy periods. Players can monitor live TPS and MSPT metrics for supported server software, with the panel indicating when a metric is unavailable.
Customers can choose metered hosting, which charges by active memory usage while a server is awake, or flat monthly plans for servers intended to stay online. Metered servers sleep by default eight minutes after the last player leaves and can wake when someone joins; sleeping time is free. A limited free plan is also available, alongside event hosting on request.
The browser-based control panel includes a live console, file management, SFTP, backups, scheduled tasks, extra ports, and MySQL-compatible databases. Users can install plugins and modpacks from Modrinth, with loader compatibility checks, and enable Bedrock crossplay on eligible plans. TrueTick also offers team access and programmatic management through a REST API, TypeScript SDK, CLI, and MCP server.
