Trufa Mudéjar

Trufa Mudéjar is a family-run producer of organic black truffles based in Teruel, Spain. The family has worked with truffles since 1984 and continues the tradition across three generations. On its own farms, the company cultivates Tuber melanosporum, managing the soil, holm oak trees and irrigation, then harvests ripe truffles daily with trained dogs.

Each truffle is prepared by hand and shipped fresh to order, without intermediaries, freezing or artificial treatments. Trufa Mudéjar supplies chefs, distributors and individual customers in Spain and abroad, with international shipments available to destinations including the European Union, the United States, Japan and China. Its other products include free-range eggs naturally infused with its black truffles and carefully selected saffron threads.

The brand also offers truffle tourism experiences at its Teruel farms, featuring a walk through the grounds, a demonstration of harvesting with its dogs and a tasting. Its organic production is certified, and the company lists official sanitary registrations and an FDA registration
