Trustora is a Germany-based energy intermediary headquartered in Kehl, serving private households, businesses and sales partners nationwide. It is not an energy supplier; instead, it reviews available electricity and gas tariffs from multiple market partners and helps customers identify options suited to their location, consumption and circumstances. Tariff analysis is free and non-binding, and customers can submit contract details or upload a recent bill for personal review.

Trustora explains suitable offers, supports customers through the provider-switching process and remains available after a contract is signed for questions, missing documents, delivery updates and future tariff reviews. A switch is never made automatically and requires the customer’s express approval. For business clients, Trustora can arrange individual energy offers and assess fixed-price, spot-market or combined procurement models, including requirements across multiple sites and SLP or RLM consumption points.

The company also serves intermediaries and organizations through its Trustora Energy Hub, coordinating product, comparison and processing pathways through a central contact.
