Truth Hounds is a Ukrainian organization dedicated to upholding justice for victims of war crimes and other international crimes. Founded on a decade of experience in documenting and investigating serious human rights violations in the context of armed conflicts, Truth Hounds aims to establish justice for those affected by the war in Ukraine and beyond, including regions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The organization is actively engaged in a range of activities including field missions to collect evidence, conducting monitoring of potential war crimes, and utilizing Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to track and identify perpetrators.

Since February 2022, Truth Hounds has documented over 17,600 incidents that may be indicative of war crimes. Additionally, the organization enhances official investigations by collaborating with legal authorities and providing training on international humanitarian law. With partnerships that extend to global entities, including the Clooney Foundation for Justice, Truth Hounds plays a critical role in fostering accountability and supporting victims in their quest for truth and justice
