Assistly is a live meeting assistant for macOS and Windows, designed to help people respond confidently during conversations and capture what happens afterward. It works directly from a computer’s audio, so no bot joins the meeting, no plugin or calendar hookup is required, and its private on-screen overlay stays out of screen shares and recordings. Assistly supports Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, and phone calls.
During a conversation, it transcribes speakers, detects languages automatically, and provides relevant talking points and response structures without requiring users to type a prompt. Users can also speak to dictate or ask questions. Assistly can draw on connected calendars, Slack, Notion, Linear, MCP servers, and previous sessions to provide contextual guidance and answer questions about past calls.
After each session, it creates a searchable summary and action list with owners. Additional capabilities include project-based filing and customizable personas based on a user’s documents and notes. Assistly offers a free plan with three sessions per month, alongside paid and enterprise options
