MAG7 Index Vault is an on-chain investment product designed to provide a single position with exposure to a five-asset basket. Users deposit USDG and receive MAG7 vault shares, which record their ownership on-chain. The invested portion targets equal allocations to NVDA, AAPL, GOOGL, QQQ, and NFLX; actual weights can vary with market movements. The vault also maintains a USDG reserve, with a minimum requirement applied after rebalancing, though withdrawals can reduce the reserve.
A keeper allocates the basket using posted prices, while Voxelithic’s V3 Router supports basket execution and rebalancing. The system includes configured basket weights, slippage controls, and role-based access. Users can redeem shares for available USDG, subject to reserve liquidity and valid oracle valuation, or choose an in-kind exit to receive their proportional share of USDG and the underlying basket tokens. If available USDG is insufficient for a standard redemption, users may wait for keeper-provided liquidity or exit in kind.
