TRYwellness is a wellness brand supporting women through divorce, perimenopause, identity shifts, and other transformative seasons of life. Its approach combines compassionate health and wellness coaching, yoga therapy-informed practices, workshops, and community support to help clients care for themselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Health and wellness coaching is a client-led partnership focused on sustainable habits, daily routines, goal-setting, and practical lifestyle, movement, and self-care strategies. Coaching also offers gentle accountability and support during major life transitions, with attention to nervous system wellbeing and reconnecting with the body’s wisdom. Yoga therapy offerings include supportive practices and workshops designed to help participants regulate their nervous systems, process emotions, calm overwhelm, and reconnect with their bodies.

TRYwellness also offers the Shelf Care Book Club, a group coaching and book study experience where participants explore ideas through reflection, embodiment, and community.
