Tsavos Canine Rehab

Tsavo’s Canine Rehabilitation is a canine rehabilitation and fitness facility in Escondido, California, focused on helping dogs recover function and maintain their health. Its guiding philosophy is to address underlying conditions rather than only manage pain, with care tailored to each pet in a welcoming, relaxed environment. The facility treats a range of issues, including osteoarthritis, hip and elbow dysplasia, tendon and ligament injuries, soft-tissue trauma, intervertebral disc disease, chronic wounds, and degenerative myelopathy.

Services include hydrotherapy through an underwater treadmill and swimming, acupuncture, chiropractic care, laser therapy, and non-invasive Pulsed Signal Therapy. Additional options include targeted pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, ozone therapy, and low-impact therapeutic strengthening. Tsavo’s also offers ongoing exercise programs intended to support pets’ health beyond rehabilitation. The team works with veterinary referrals and provides information and resources for pet owners. Reviews describe caring, attentive staff and rehabilitation that has supported dogs’ mobility and strength after injury, surgery, or age-related conditions.
