TSL 2000

TSL 2000 e.V. is a Taekwondo club based in Iserlohn-Letmathe, Germany, welcoming children, young people and adults of all experience levels. Its approach brings together martial arts, fitness and community, with professional support and an emphasis on teamwork. Children’s classes start from age three and introduce the sport in a playful, safe and age-appropriate way. Youth and adult sessions cover Taekwondo techniques, forms (Poomsae) and competition training. The club also offers self-defence and fitness courses, including its “Fit-Mix” programme, for members and interested participants.

For athletes who want to progress, TSL 2000 provides focused competition preparation and talent development. Coaches support young talents individually and help them build their skills and prepare for tournaments. Beginners can take part in three free trial sessions; comfortable, lightweight training clothes are sufficient, as participants train barefoot. Flexible training times allow newcomers to begin at their own pace. TSL 2000 presents itself as an inclusive, active community where people can learn Taekwondo, stay fit and enjoy sport together.
