Tsukushi Fukushikai is a social welfare organization operating three early childhood education facilities: Shimonomachi Infant Nursery and Wada Nursery in Kojima, Kurashiki City, and Kirameki Rokku Certified Children’s Center in Fujita, Minami Ward, Okayama City. The organization supports children’s healthy physical and emotional development while helping parents balance work and family life. It also actively provides parenting support to families and the wider community, with strong emphasis on building connections between each nursery and its local area.

Alongside childcare and early education, the facilities offer opportunities for families to take part in community activities, including open garden sessions, parent-and-child play, story times, handmade toy activities, baby massage, and parenting seminars. Their programs and communications also address children’s daily experiences, food and nutrition, safety, and development through play. The organization shares nursery updates, parenting information, admission guidance, and recruitment details through its website. Across its three locations, Tsukushi Fukushikai presents childcare as a collaborative effort involving children, families, staff, and the local community.
