TTools, offered by WPA TTools GmbH & Co. KG, provides web-based practice and management software for healthcare and rehabilitation providers. Its platform is designed for physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other providers of therapeutic services, including outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. It also supports the administration of sports rehabilitation and functional training, with digital participant signatures, as well as membership and contract management for self-pay services and fitness activities.

Because TTools runs online, practices do not need to maintain their own servers or manage software updates and backups themselves. Information entered through the system stays current across locations, while updates are delivered over the internet. The company also offers online booking tools for therapy appointments and courses, rehabilitation planning, and the TTools app.

Additional services include a free demo, product presentations, customer support and a mobile telematics infrastructure package offered with partner ITCOS. This package includes access to KIM, ePA and VSDM, a card terminal, secure delivery and TI support, subject to a 24-month minimum contract.
