Tubby & Coo's is a unique and innovative brand that is converting into a Traveling Book Shop. Instead of having one fixed location, Tubby & Coo's will bring the bookstore experience directly to you! They are committed to providing access to queer and genre fiction books, fostering community, and advocating for social justice. With a mission-based approach, Tubby & Coo's aims to create safe and inclusive spaces for all readers.
Their vision is to empower everyone to share their own stories, regardless of social class, gender, sexuality, ability, religion, race, age, or culture. Although their permanent location will close at the end of May, Tubby & Coo's will be popping up all around the city of New Orleans. They have established three permanent pop-up residencies, as well as holding various events and partnering with local businesses.
Customers can still pick up book orders at their current location until May 29, and from June 1 onwards, they can choose from partner pickup locations or opt for local delivery. Tubby & Coo's is dedicated to making books more accessible and convenient for everyone
